Ticketón gives you the best seat available through our system at the time of purchase, according to the asking price.

Your purchase is subject to approval and verification of data from your bank.

Ticketón is not responsible for any loss, theft, total or partial destruction, mutilation or damage to the tickets, therefore, the user assumes all responsibility for the tickets and under no circumstances or motives will Ticketón replace the tickets.

Once the final purchase of the tickets is carried out, changes, refunds or cancellation of the tickets cannot be made. If the event is canceled, service and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Each ticket purchased through the official site, is subject to an additional service fee, as well as a fee for home delivery or Will Call.

Unless otherwise specified, once the tickets are sold they can be collected at the div office of the venue, up to an hour before the event.

In specific cases identified and designated in advance by Ticketón, once the tickets are sold they can be collected at a specific location, different from the venue, (e.g. participating stores), designated in advance to such effects.

Once the tickets are sold, the user must appear in person and provide the following documentation to receive his tickets:

- Confirmation number.

- Valid identification (federal or state id).

- Present to the vendor the original form of payment (e.g. Credit Card or Debit Card) with which the tickets were purchased.

To protect your security and guarantee your purchase, under any circumstances, the tickets will not be delivered if the user does not comply with the requirements set above.
